Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins

I love Autumn (partly), because it's an excuse to have more food.

Might as well share the deliciousness...

1 tsp. Vanilla extract

1 pkg. Devil's Food chocolate cake mix

1 can Libby's pumpkin puree

Preheat oven to 350'.

Mix cake mix and pumpkin puree in large mixing bowl
(kitchen aid).

Add vanilla. Mix until smooth.

Scoop into a greased mini-muffin pan. Like so.

Yeah, it looks questionable. I know.

Bake for about 10 minutes.

Let them cool after removing from the oven.

Dump 'em onto a dishtowel.

Enjoy!

Warning: you won't be able to eat just one.
