I attribute it to Ben's frightened but fervent prayers.
It was scary, but our damage was incredibly minimal.
We also buried an unfortunate squirrel.

I want to organize a service project
to help those who are really hurting right now.
They need lots of love and prayers.
And helping hands I'm sure.

aaaawwwwwww poor Jerry Snuffles McNutty!! We also had a casualty. A poor daddy bird. She was trying to protect his nest and his family. :'(
